Alright guys and gals,  

Just stuffed 2.5 pounds of snack sticks using Gregs spicy sticks recipe.  I'm experimenting with 1.25 pounds ground pork and the rest ground turkey. We will see!  I have to head to work so I will smoke in the morning.
