I don't cook on "Football Sundays" so was looking in freezer for something to reheat.  Found a piece of smoked brisket that I forgot to send home with my son.(oops)  Sliced thin for sandwiches.


Brisket, raw onion, and 10.5's Bulldog bbq sauce. Oh Yum!

Did it just like the recipe you gave us, with Starnes at home and that was about all the wife could take but here at work I gave it a good splash of jonkanoo pepper sauce. Perfect!
