My Home made and smoked German style Garlic Knockwurst. With a really hot and strong Smoked Pepper-horse Radish Cheese and Dijon Mustard.

Couple weeks ago i made some fresh swiss style brats.




Didnt feel like getting none of the big tools out so i used a house tool. Gotta love these griddlers.




Johnsonville got nothing on me.

Johnsonville sausage couldn't stay in the same room as yours, and that gravy on your leftover looks pretty good too. ;)
