Posted a few times....decided to introduce myself.
Long time foodie, love to cook, read about food, everything.
Love to grill and smoke. Smoked on my Broil King for the better part of 2 years before taking the plunge to the DBS about a year ago.
A few pounds of ribs later, I found this forum.

Looking to get the most out of it now.
Gonna tackle sausage next, just starting to pick up the equipment now. Cant wait to get started.

Looking forward to learning.

Hi Emil, welcome to the forum. You have come to the right place. NePaSmoker is quite the sausage making junkie as are many others. So where are you from? I see a CA beside your E-mail address. Are you a fellow canuck? I am from Surrey B.C. and we have many other canadians here cause Canada RULES.  :D :D :D That should get them MERICANS going. HEHE
