« on: March 23, 2011, 09:03:40 AM »
Got the 4 rack digital Bradley smoker last week, done chicken, pork butt, and ribs so far, the smoker is working great, and I think we gained a few pounds...lol
Love reading the forums and looking at new recipes...at 73 yrs of age I try NOT to stop learning.

welcome gh9 at 73 you must be retired. What did you do for a living. That is about to change. When you get hooked on this stuff that is about all you think about.
