Yup i did

Ya'll are mi buds....nepas digs deep into the receipt vault

1/2 cup canola oil
5 chopped garlic gloves or 1 Tbs store bought chopped in the jar
1 med onion
1 green bell pepp
salt...to taste
3 Tbs chili powder, I like gebharts or mexene
1 Tbs black pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground clove
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups water
1/4 cup dark rum...i used 1/2 cup...... I think i drank allot to

2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup black strap molasses
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp your fav hot sauce.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, Add garlic, onion, green bell pepp and a nice pinch of salt and cook on med heat. Stir until peppers are soft (about 10 mins) Add rum and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add chili powder, black pepper, allspice and clove. Cook another 3 mins.
Add the brown sugar, water, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, black strap and hot sauce.....Take a drink of rum

and splash in more to the sauce

Simmer on med heat for 30 mins or until thick. Stir allot so it dont stick.
Apply to the ribs or whatever 10 mins prior to taking off the grill
Let cool some and put in blender or food processor until smooth. Tatse and if needed add more salt. Store in a glass or plastic container with tight lid. Will keep for 2-3 weeks.
