Got me a small butt

So I wanted some pulled pork sammies and was walkin by the pork section in the store I found this little guy.

And sense I've herd the salt lick stuff was pretty good I made up a batch just for this smoke.



In the smoker with a pan of beer to catch all those gooood drippings.  ;)



After 4 hr of hickory and a good nights rest for me this is what I woke up to.



Added a nice slather of CT and back in the smoker to finish.



After many many MANY hr of slow cookin this is what came out.



Then PTC (I wrap in Plastic, Towel, Cooler)



Drain all them drippings in a bowl and place in the fridge then after the fat has become solid chuck the fat strain the rest and set aside to put back in the pulled pork

4 hr later I got this beautiful hunk of pork.



A few min later and some of the drippings added I'm ready for some sammies.  :o

Well I guess there is not enough to share...pretty small butt...nothing wrong with a small butt...lol

Yeah, my clone is toned down from the original.

2-2-1/2-1  Salt-Pepper-Garlic-Cayenne is probably more like the commercial blend.

And I cake it on.
