Bradley Jerky racks or Frog mats???
« on: May 17, 2011, 04:03:33 pm »
I know I will be making some jerky in my Bradley but I also want to make some smoked nuts too. In your own opinion, what is better. I'm taling price vs function.

Frog mats are the way to go. They make another kind of mat, can't recall what it is called, but I can tell you from experieince that they don't hold up well if you happen to need to put them in your regular oven :o

Fogmats. The non-stick on the jerky racks tends to peel off in time.

What they where called. :) I have a set of the jerky mats that Bradley made, and your right you could only used them at very low temperatures. They no longer make them.
