Victoia Day Long Weekend smoke

Because it is the Victoia Day Long Weekend, wich naturally means it is raining and we are not camping, I decided to smoke up the 9 baby back rib racks I had sitting in the freezer, I rubbed these last night and let them sit covered in the fridge overnight. I am using Tenpoint5's cooking method (3-1-1) I am also making a double batch of Dr. Spice'es corn bread, and I started a big batch of whistle berrys last night. Sure am looking forward to supper.

Well, the whistle berries have a ways to go, probably wont be done untill late tonight. But I am dining on what I got. Patatoes mixed with carrots, onions and butter are in the oven.

It was good ;D. Daughter, son inlaw and grandson came over as soon as they heard what I was cooking LOL. I woulden't feed them untill they mowed my lawn ;D. They actually called me mean HAHAHAHA.
