More cold smoked cheese and Sriracha chili sauce

Put another load of cheese in the OBS last night for a cold smoke with some Sriracha chili sauce. Did 6 pucks of Applewood ;D

Now to wait for a month ::)

Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

Hopefull Romantic

Looks good meube. Hope I will be back home in time for a cold cheese smoke before the temperature goes through the riif.
