OK Folks here is the recipe I promised I would share when I got it.

Tsatziki Sauce

1 Medium Cucumber peeled, seeded, and cut into small chunks
4 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups (16oz) Sour Cream

Put all ingredients except sour cream in blender and puree. Pour in a bowl and stir in sour cream. Chill until serving.
