I am looking for a good dual probe thermometer,  I was looking at the Maverick Remote ET-73, but the reviews seem to either be really good or really bad on the Maverick products.  I have done a web search and have found Maverick on a lot of sights.  Is that going to be the best way to go?

Get the new ET-732, much better than the ET-73.  Bryan and Y&P has them.

I'm happy with my ET-732, but can't offer a comparison since it's my first remote temperature probe.  The range seems fine.

The ET-732 is SO much better than the ET-73.

has the  73 and it  has limited range... and would not  recommend it..  has others  single probe units  with much  longer  range,,, if you  need a two probe unit the et 732 is the way to go

I have noticed a 14* difference from my ET-732 and my Auber PID.  I think it due to the Maverick's loooong probe.  Make sure it is as far into the meat as you can get it.  I am going to do some testing next weekend on a brisket to confirm this theory.

Check this thread after next weekend to see my results.
