Poultry Seasoning

Anyone try the S & S poultry seasoning? (paprika/pepper/lemon zest/sugar/celery salt/onion powder/dry mustard/cayenne[?][?]

Sounds good to me up to the mustard part...mustard on a chicken[?][xx(]  

I want to try it but am afeared the wife will toss me out the door with the mustard chicken - lol![:D]

hello fuzzy.i've done a few and got the wrinkled face reaction from my girl friend,eeww mustard ,yuck,lol,after smoked and ate,she loved it.can't really taste mustard,all the other spices blend well together.try it ,you'll like it.

Well, I went and bought all the ingredients at lunch time today...I will try it out on Sunday....so far, the wimmin are agreeable to the spice blend............I'll let you guys know[;)]
