After a smoke generator problem which I hope I have solved I did some ribs up this morning. Last night I sprinkled them with gunpower and let sit over night. Started the DBS up to get the temp up to 225 and three hours of hickory.
After three hours of smoke out they come for a bath in apply juice. I like to slather them with my faverite BBQ sauce while they are in tin foil to get more juice's .... Roxies Saturday night special and then wrap in tin foil. Now for the two hour bath and more Roxies for an hour. I'm getting hungry  ;D
Today is the best day we have had for weather....must be in the high 80's. Gotta love summer.
