Just looking at my new Bradley when I unpacked it. I can easily see why the bottom plastic piece is breaking on so many. The way the front legs mount looks like all the weight or pressure some one puts on the smoker presses right on the plastic. Think I found my first mod. 2 legs just a little farther back should prevent it. I was suprised how light they are. Figured they'd weight a lot more. Did get some smoke from the seal on door, hopefully that will stop with a little use. Like the way the generator mounts. Makes it quick and easy to switch between cold and hot smoke. All in All I think I like it.

Hey viper125 !!! when you get your smoker just the way you like it with the mods the way you want them and get that smoker to work you are really gonna like it...  :D
Oh !!! and that door seal will take a set after breakin and a few smokes..
Digital Bradley Smoker with Dual probe PID
The Big Easy with Srg grill
MAK 2 Star General
Char Broil gas grill

Habanero Smoker

Bradley also suggests drilling the center hole of the faceplate (through the plastic only) one size larger. To do this you need to take the face plate off; you don't want to drill through the area that the screw threads into.

Here is a link, if you haven't seen the directions to the front leg mod:
