Seein Nepa's chicken fingers inspired me to make some make some fried chicken wraps the other night.  I took one chicken breast and cut into strips.  I breaded with House of Autrey's chicken breader and pan fried in some evoo.  Then I loaded a wrap up with all my favorite veggies and italian dressing.  Goooood stuff!


Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

Guess you wouldn't have to taste the yardbird with all them veggies on there!! I could probably eat one like that !! ;D
