I am thinking either Hickory or Apple, what do you guys/girls recommend?

i generally do a hickory oak mix.

today however, i'm doing 1 hour of mesquite, and 2 hours of cherry.

first time at this combo.

Let me know how you like the cherry

Sounds like Hickory might be the ticket.  Can't go wrong with Hickory

supposed to be a bit mild, i'm kind of hoping for a sweeter flavor, and also hoping the mesquite kicks it up a notch.

Glad they turned out, any wood in the Bradley doing ribs is good. It just what you like. I have used everything from apple to mesquite to do ribs and I have never been disappointed.

I have been using either maple or apple because I had the 120 packs of them, and they both come out good, about out of both so I think I will buy some hickory and apple for my next go around.

I just did a rack of BB's friday with Maple and they were good.  Had to finish in the oven because I lost another heater element but they were still tasty.
