Just bought a 4-rack digital unit.  Went through the motions and 'seasoned' it.

Now then, I'd like to start simple, by doing some meats that I have normally done on the gas grill.  For instance, I have a Marc Angelo butterflied pork tenderloin, 500 grams or about 1 lb.  Using a single rack, at which level should it be, or does it matter that much?  I have seen cook and smoke times for fancy stuffed loins, but nothing that I can find for a simple marinated piece about 3/4" thick.

Are there references somewhere for doing meats and vegetables at the same time?

Thanks

GusRobin

welcome. I personally cook most stuff at 225. If I am doing one rack I use the third from the bottom, next the top, then second from bottom and the bottom one last.

Great tips.  That's what I was looking for.  Little things like that make life a whole lot easier!  Thanks very much.
