Broke in the new smoker with pulled beef.

So for my first smoke I got  a 7-Bone roast and made pulled beef.  I hit the roast up with some garlic powder and gun powder and blasted with hickory for 4 hours. Once the IT got to 150 I foiled with a splash of beef broth.

This was a rather strange "cut" of beef.   ;D ???  ::)


So after I pulled it for a few minutes, it looked like this....


Slapped it on a bun with some onions with a side of corn and macaroni and cheese


Sunday we were pretty busy so I grilled up some hamburgers and sausage.  Since I had some leftover pulled beef I decided to top my sausage with onions and beef.




Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?

That there hunk of beef almost looks like a 7 and the big ole pile of beef looks GREAT.

The Sat. plate of grub looks delish and your Sun. afternoon sammie just set me over the top.
