Good afternoon all,

I have been around the smoking game for a few years now, and finally purchased my first OBS. Primarilly I have experience with propane and briquette style smokers. I bought the OBS mainly so I can do some good cold smoking, and have a more controlled environment for other smokes. I look forward to chatting with all.

Good to welcome a fellow coaster. Hi from the wetcoast... I mean west coaster.
I like to walk threw life on the path of least resistance. But sometimes the path needs a good kick in the ass.

Welcome to the forum from another West Coaster.

I've never been to PEI but always wanted to as it just looks like beautiful country.
