Smoking a cut up chicken

And.....we're smokin!  First time using the BDS after seasoning yesterday.  Want to do something quick and easy so I'm winging this...cut up a chicken and smoking it for 2 hours at 250F with Cherry. 

Put a little of my rub on it and straight into the smoker.
