Hello everyone, I am getting along good with my OBS, but would like to smoke some cheese. I am planning on smoking Cheddar to begin with but would like some tips, what flavor of pucks and for how long? I have 8 5lbs roast smoking now, because we just butchered a beef and needed to get them used up, we will be having one for supper tonight and then freezing the rest for quick sandwiches or other things. Thanks for the help.
