Looks like a good recipe. Do you know of a substitute for Dale's seasoning. I've heard of it for several years now, but I've not located any in the Northeast. I know I can get it online, but looking for alternatives.

I think I can find a bottle and drop it in the box Habs. Might delay it another week or so but IT WILL be there by Christmas I promise!!
