Chicken Cordon Bleu

I found an awesome Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe for the Bradley Smoker on youtube:

I made it today and it turned out awesome.  I used Pecan wood and smoked for 2.5 hours at 250*.  I seasoned the packages with Cavendar's Greek Seasoning and it was a huge hit!  Images on facebook:

Oh Man! You had me at “Cordon Bleu”!

My mouth started watering early this morning but I can’t get to youtube or facebook from work and had to wait almost 10 hours to take a look!
