and we're preparing for Indy. So far we've got 110# of butt to make pulled pork, 40# chicken legs, 40# sirloin tip, 20# corned beef brisket.

Still on the to buy list are:  60# pork loin, 20# Andouille sausage, 20# sausage chubs and maybe some shrimps or scallops for the chefs.[;)]

Hope the motorhome generator can support 4 smokers![:D]
