Blade roasts...

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've been here. I got a recent beef order and while I didn't get much brisket I got a lot of blade roasts...Pre-Bradley, I braised them in the winter...(really good in stout!)  but I thought I'd try to cure some and smoke em...

Any thoughts?
