Started off with a turkey boulder, thawed in the sink full of water a bit to get the foil off.

Then stuffed that frozen hunk of turkey into a net and threw it in the smoker warmed up to 250 F.

Let hang for an hr to dry the surfice and rolled 3 hr Apple,,,,,,,,,,,,8 hr later.

Let rest about 20 min.

Sliced and ready to dig in.

Made up some corn bread muffins.

Lets eat!

After eating all that grub we were like beached wales.  ;D

Is a name STC gave his Frozen Turkey Breast he does.

STC starts them out frozen so hence they are like a boulder or rock.

That turkey looks great. Have you ever pumped your turkey breast with a brine of some kind. We used to get a turkey pump kit from Spokane spice. They were water soulable spice blends that sure worked well. I like the smoke ring on your bird.  We used to do full turkeys around the holidays but have kind of gotten away from it.
