That turkey looks great. Have you ever pumped your turkey breast with a brine of some kind. We used to get a turkey pump kit from Spokane spice. They were water soulable spice blends that sure worked well. I like the smoke ring on your bird. We used to do full turkeys around the holidays but have kind of gotten away from it.

I do pump,,,,,the girls say it almost,,,,ALMOST,,,,,tastes like ham.

But not this one.
Only time I do a full turkey is when is time to make soup.
All the dark meat and the whole carcass go to make a killer soup,,,,,along with egg noodles.

We dont eat much dark meat around here.
