What does everybody make with their left over brisket.
I am thinking some sandwiches with Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese with the sliced brisket and sandwiches with the chopped brisket on a white hamburger bun with BBQ sauce. Also am thinking you could make good tacos or fajitas with the chopped brisket or make a sandwich with sauteed peppers and onions, sliced brisket, and melted cheese. Look forward to hear what others do.
Do you reheat for sandwiches or just eat cold?
