Left over Brisket

What does everybody make with their left over brisket.

I am thinking some sandwiches with Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese with the sliced brisket and sandwiches with the chopped brisket on a white hamburger bun with BBQ sauce.  Also am thinking you could make good tacos or fajitas with the chopped brisket or make a sandwich with sauteed peppers and onions, sliced brisket, and melted cheese.  Look forward to hear what others do.

Do you reheat for sandwiches or just eat cold?

Reheat and eat a samich. At least that's what I do.

Best way just to reheat in microwave?

I reheat with a microwave and either make sandwiches or serve as an entree with potatoes and a vegetable.

My favorite brisket sandwich is made with my favorite barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese sauce on a kaiser roll, or instead of making a cheese sauce, prepare it as an open face sandwich with a couple of slices of cheddar cheese, heat under a broiler (or in a microwave) until the cheese melts. Place on the top half of the bun, and go at it.

Heck I eat it both ways....hot or cold...

Chop and resmoke the point into burnt ends and use them (with or without sauce) in sandwiches or just eat them as they are. They also make some of the best chili you'll ever have.

You just season and apply smoke at 220 for a few hours?

With pickles.

And with a couple of smoking hot foil wrapped bricks to smash it flat.
