I am thinking of using Pecan, just like I do with Chicken.  But thought I would see what others use for Turkey and what you have found that you like the best.

I'm with GR.  Everything in hickory although I did use apple on poultry a couple times and like it.

Try special blend.. you will get a nice mellow hickoryish flavor and a wonderful scent.

For poultry I generally use one of the fruit bearing woods , or pecan.

Sounds like I would be alright with Pecan, Apple, Cherry, Special Blend or Hickory.....just depends on preference I suppose.

Another vote for Pecan.  That's about all I burn in my Bradley.
