I read on a earlier post where someone has smoked cheese and then vacuumed packed it in wine. Has anyone tried marinated it before smoking? How long did you marinate the cheese?

I have not heard of packaging smoked cheese in wine, but it is an intriguing idea. I've purchased red wine marinated cheeses from Costco, and they are quite delicious.
