Can't Maintain 250 degree temperature

Ohhhh crap ...... now I am back to square 1 or maybe 2.

After I've had more time with the smoker maybe I can form my own opinion, but for now I will rely on the experience and advice of those with more experience. Since there is no conclusive results from the experienced members of this forum I guess I will have to play around with the vent settings to form my own opinion.

I guess this is like any form of cooking ...... everyone has their own way of getting to the end result. There is no right way or wrong way as long as the end result pleases the people that eat the end product. Smoke on.

Well had real problem getting mine to heat when first trying 3 racks of ribs. Tried it all but opening vent all the way had her climbing fast.
