Sunday dinner - pretty much what was left of the original rump roast.

Tuesday dinner - Took off some fairly thin slices and cut into strips.  Lightly caramelized two yellow onions.  Added four cloves of garlic, thinly sliced.  Then added the beef and some Sriracha.  Served with leftover sweet potato, a bit of butter and a garden salad.

Lunch Wednesday - Made a fajita out of last night's leftover beef mix.  Some grated cheddar, sour cream and Sriracha.

It's the rump roast that keeps on giving  :D

What is Sriracha?

It's a hot chili sauce from Huy Fong Foods.  Really nice stuff and very popular with cooks.  It can be found in most large grocery stores in either the international or specialty sections.  Comes in a plastic bottle.

It is even better cold smoked ;)

Yeah, I saw the cold smoked post.  I'm gonna be smoking this weekend anyway so I'll probably put some Sriracha in there.

It's "funny" stuff.  My wife's girlfriend can't handle hot stuff very well.  I turned her on to Sriracha and she loves it.

As Arnie pointed out get the Huy Fong Foods brand. The Roland brand doesn't taste as good; at least not to me.
