First cold smoked thanksgiving turkey

Beautiful bird.  I remember the Alton Brown episode.  I use his brine but no sugar, and add the juice of 3 lemons and add the rind to the brine.  I smoke/ cooked in the Bradley 3 hr and finished in the SRG.  It came out great, juicy with the right smokey flavor ( for me ).  The color was not as pretty as your bird.  Congratulations.
