Muebe nuggets my attempt
« on: December 03, 2011, 09:44:00 am »
I am going to try some Muebe nuggets.  This is my second attempt, first time I lost power 1 hour into the smoke for 4 hours, I just tossed them out.  :'(

Here are the nuggets in the pool for the night.

On the racks for some smoke.

Would have thrown them in the oven rather then out. Looking good though.

Oh My! Hate throwing meat out but I guess sometimes you have too.  Guess there are times a person can really use a charcoal or gas grill around. LOL

But those look really awesome!
