After seeing the recent cheese posts, and the fact it finally got below 40* in Dallas, I dropped by Sam's to load up on cheese.  5 lbs each of Pepper Jack and Gouda and 2.5 lbs each of Medium and Sharp Cheddar.

Nice. 40 is a great temp, we hit 58 today in the AM in Miami.

Those will turn out heat.

Dang Sam it really cooled off down there.  We were at Disney for Thanksgiving and went to Cocoa Beach one day when it was 83* to do some boogy boarding.

All sealed up for several weeks of magic.

Nice, I used to do 15-20 pounds every weekend during the winter but now I might only do 15 pounds a year. It got to be too much taking up every weekend and I did not charge much so it was not worth my time. Now I only do it for family or real close friends.
