Dil asked me to do something for my sons 30th suprise party.
She wanted stand around drinking beer food ;)
Made 150 moinks with a killer recipe.

first batch done, 2 to go on the Mak

My 4 year old niece has requested moinks for her Birthday party and since it will be an appetizer sort of day at my Mom's for Christmas my niece has requested that Uncle Chris make her some more Moink balls. Yours look great, bet they didn't last very long.

Sorry, I'm at work and don't have it, but will post it in the morning.
They didn't last long and there were a lot of guys just hanging around the roaster having one after another :D

Here is the recipe per pound of lean GB.
1 egg
1/3 cup blackberry chipotle oven and grill sauce(Robert Rothchild Farms Gourmet sauce)
1 Tblsp Hot mama Jama spice from Bone Collector
1 Tblsp dried onion flakes
1 Tblsp super wooster sauce( from one of the Jamison books)
corn meal or cornflake crumbs to get texture you want for balls
make the ball ,dip one side in zacks sweet bbq rub and wrap with bacon.
300 deg on mak for 45 min then 400 deg  for 15-20 min until bacon is at desired crisp.
they are slightly sweet and mildly hot with great flavor.

That sounds great!   I see a package of Zach's in your assembly pictures...      I love their Brisket rub.

The briskit rub is one that you used at the smokeout this summer wasn't it?
