Pastrami Time

Going to do a small pastrami since my wife will be in FLA all next week.

Got the corned beef all soaked and most of the salt off.

Prepping for the rub.

Now under wraps in the fridge for a couple days.

I need to do Pastrami again...   Found a bunch of corned beef in the freezer.

She's going to Florida and leaving you behind??

You just keep making stuff and freezing it, NePaS.  That way I'll have a great selection when I visit in May.
