First big smoke on the Bradley

I am having a super bowl party this weekend and am going to do a pork butt and a brisket. I plan to start my butt, tomorrow morning and the brisket tomorrow night. I slathered both up with mustard and a rub mix. They are sitting in the fridge now, waiting for tomorrow.

8hrs. in and a IT of 160 degrees. I think she looks to be coming along, well. The outside temps are cooler today at a high of 40 with rain, wind. I have had to set the BDS to 260 to maintain 220-225. As it cools tonight, I think I will have to adjust even more.
