Mooses Rub

Anybody have a dry rub for moose meat? It has a unique flavor.Somethings missing from my rubs.I just can't put my finger on.

Some time ago I purchased "The Smoked-Foods Cookbook"; by Lue & Ed Park. I would not recommend the book, but their "Brandied Moose Roast" recipe does look good.

H.S. It does look interesting.These guys seem to really like thier booze.lol Thank You.I'm off to the cottage now,got to smoke them eggs,salt,cheese and salmon LOX.
