Here is regular Jans Rub in Grams. All measurements level spoons to grams. Hope it helps.Jans RubIngredients: • 1 cup + 4 tbsp Brown or white sugar Brown= 205.2 g. or white= 318.0 g. •1/4 cup Lawry’s seasoned salt = 61.2 g. •1/4 cup garlic salt = 33.36 g. •1/4 cup + 1 1/2 tsp celery salt = 70.2 g. •1/4 cup onion salt = 33.36 g. •1/2 cup paprika = 54.24 g. •3 Tbsp chili powder = 24.6 g. •2 Tbsp black pepper = 15.24 g. •1 Tbsp lemon pepper = 7.6 g. •2 tsp celery seed = 16.08 g. •2 tsp dry ground sage = 1.2 g. •1 tsp dry mustard = 4.0 g. •1/2 tsp dry ground thyme = 0.64 g. •1/2 tsp cayenne = 1.8 g.
Preciseness huh? I'll stick with 2 tsps.
