Jerky Cannon

Here is a picture of the attachment I made for my stuffer. I wanted to make a "flatter" type of chopped and formed jerky. I have a jerky cannon but it is a pain. This attachment on the stuffer worked nice. I used a 6inch piece of 3/4 copper tubing flattened a bit in the vise with the opposite end fitting over the medium size stuffing horn. I attached with a stainless hose clamp.
With this set up the meat stuffed much easier, I didn't have to add any water, and I only had to fill the canister once. I think the stuffer is just as easy to clean as the cannon also.
