Thats the problem I don't like sushi. LOL But I will try this. Can you use walleye or another type fish or just for salmon.

Good question.  I've had good luck with tuna, but not so good luck with halibut.  So this may be more applicable to darker/fattier fish.  I'll let those with much greater experience weigh in on this one ;).
