I'm using smoked Striped Bass for this recipe. This is my absolute fav and wanted to share with you all.

1/2 lb of smoked striped bass (or smoked whitefish)

2 TBS Sweet onions (minced)

1/4 tsp Garlic Pepper

1 TBS Extra Hot Horseradish

2 tsp Lemon Juice

2TBS sour cream

3TBS mayo

6 oz of softened cream cheese

Shread with fingers and mix all ingredients. Let chill for a few hours.

Enjoy!

Looks good. That seems like it will work equally well with smoked salmon.

I believe I have some smoke trout in my freezer, and may give this a try.

Thanks guys.
I used the extra hot Horseradish with this, but you definitely add some Cayenne or Hot sauce to it as well. Depending on how much heat you want.

Thanks for sharing this recipe!  This was the best fish dip I have ever made.  I used store bought flounder and it was excellent!
