First try with Jan's Rub.
« on: April 30, 2012, 12:04:38 pm »
Woke up this morning and decided it was a perfect day to try some of the Jan's rub I made up the other day along with some Arts BBQ rub from Targil in my New OBS.   I always say if you can't decide which rub or seasoning to use just try some with one type and some with another.  After all thats what its all about.

I was looking at this and didn't ever remember my smoker being that shiny!  I know it was at one time lol.  That chicken will be sooo good!
