Recipe site down?

I tried to get on the recipie site but I got the following message when I clicked on "Enter"

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Whats up with that?

think it got hacked and they are trying to fix it.
