Grill'in tomarrow~~~!

I cold smoked this mix of pork "steaks" 4 pucks worth....if you can call it cold smok'in here in Florida. Tomarrow they are going on EL-Grill-O! Going to have them with some candied baked bean, pototoe salad and some very cold beer! [:D]

What is funny is the one in the left front center is missing. Bonnie came into my office and I said, Bonnie you smell like smoke. She replied Burb~~!

Why does none of the pork stealin' story surprise me!!!  Had meatloaf at lunch today....gramma dropped a piece and I swear it was swallowed by Stella before it hit the ground!
