Hi i am new to smoking and i saw a recipe for chicken cordon bleu. My question is someone said you could make plenty and freeze the rest, are they talking about cooked ones and if so how long can you freeze them for. Also what do you to cook them again later (just heat them up)

Yes you can freeze it.Cook it,cool it ,lable it(what it is and full date) follow your freezing rules. It should last frozen up to one year.
Going to eat it.Remove from freezer and place in fridge over night to defrost.Warm up as you would any defrosted precooked food.
There is lots of info on the internet about cooking and freezing too.Hope this helpped.
If your looking back at the things you missed,You won't know what hit you.
