Winner winner turkey dinner

I  marinated a turkey breast with this stuff and a 40 min ride in the tumbler



After the ride, placed in TBE basket and allowed to drip wile the smoker comes up to temp



After 2 hr Apple with the smoker chuggin along at 250 F



After a 20 min ride in TBE the IT hit 165 F



Allowed to rest for 20 min then slice.



Dinner time!

Now THAT was gooood,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,definitely gonna do that marinade again.

Great cook.  You are getting some good use with that new tumbler.  How was the moist- tender compaired to a long term salt brine?

It was very very moist and sooooooo tender,,,,that slab on my plate cut like butter with a fork.

Great looking turkey.  That Mojo stuff is killer good on poultry.

I still can't get over how big that tumbler is...    Gotta be twice the size of a Reveo.

Looks great. I've been smoking my birds in the BEESR with apple pellets. I can get @3 hours out of a full basket.

I smoked that thing in my Bradley then finished off in "The Big Easy"

I got the tumbler here, they have lots of other good stuff too.
